Information on calculating the term of delivery

In the case of advance payment, the term of delivery begins on the day of the issue of the payment order to the transferring credit institution. In the case of other methods of payment, the deadline begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the last day of the term. If the last day of the term falls on a Saturday, Sunday or nationally recognised holiday at the place of delivery, then the next workday will take its place as the last day of the term.

If you place an order with us for multiple items for which differing terms of delivery apply then we will send the goods together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In such a case, the term of delivery for the item in your order with the longest term of delivery will apply for the collective shipment.

The respective shipping costs depend upon the shipping address and will be clearly communicated to you before you submit your binding order.

The goods will be shipped exclusively as an INSURED PACKAGE from our warehouse in Luxembourg!
