A mantra is a sung prayer.
The chanting of a mantra is a simple and ancient method to open to the inner world in all of us. It is found in many contemplative traditions but is exclusive to none of them. Mantra singing brings us not only in contact with a sense of core presence in ourselves but also provides an easy way to express that essence and share it with others.
