All offers are subject to change. For mistakes and misprints no liability is accepted in principle.
3. Contract conclusion
The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by delivery of the goods or by our e-mail confirmation.
For all ordered goods which are made individually for the buyer, the following applies. All individually made goods are made according to the information provided by the buyer. NICE-BIKES Company can not assume liability for incorrectly provided information of the buyer after completion of the goods. For these goods there is no possibility to take back.
We expressly point out that any desired brands, trademarks, logos and logos requested by the purchaser are the property of their respective owners. The private or business use of these signs is the sole responsibility of the buyer!
4. Shipping costs
We ship daily via Deutsche Post AG or DHL. The delivery takes place from Monday to Saturday (except public holidays).
The following shipping costs apply:

Value of goods from 65, - to 500, -Euro = 8, -Euro shipping insured
Value of goods from 500, - to 1000, -Euro = 12, -Euro shipping insured

These shipping costs are valid within Germany !!! For deliveries abroad, separate shipping costs will be charged. These can be requested from us.
5. Cancellation policy

8. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the company NICE-BIKES until full payment.
9. Material defects / warranty
The legal warranty period is 2 years and begins with delivery of the goods to the buyer. Your warranty claims are initially limited to subsequent performance. If the subsequent performance fails three times, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract or reduce the purchase price.
