1. Scope of application
This general terms and conditions apply for all shipments from Bockscher Handwerksladen – Mag. Renata Bock – to consumers.
Consumer is every natural person who concludes a legal transaction with a purpose which can neighter be attributed to his/her commercial nor his/her professional self-employed activity.
2. Contract partners
The sales contract is achieved with Mag. Renata Bock – sole proprietorship, Hollabrunnerstraße 124, 2020 Oberfellabrunn, Austria. You can reach us for questions and complaints on weekdays from 9:00 to 22:00 under the telephonenumber +43/664/1204605 or via E-Mail under email@example.com.
3. Offer and conclusion of contract
3.1 The presentation of the products in the onlineshop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a solicitation for an order. Errors expected.
3.2 By klicking the order-button in the last step of the order process you make a binding order of the goods listed on the order page. The sales contract is achieved when we accept your order through an order confirmation via E-Mail directly after the receipt of your order.
4. Right of revocation
Consumers have the right of revocation within 14 days.
Right of revocation:
You can revoke your contract declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, E-Mail) or – if the item is left to you before deadline – through the return of the item. The deadline starts with the receipt of this instruction in text form, however not before the receipt of the goods by the recipient (where similar goods are delivered on a recurring basis, then not before receipt of the first part delivery). For keeping the revocation deadline it is enough to timely dispatch of the revocation or the item. The revocation is to be addressed to: Mag. Renata Bock – sole proprietorship, Hollabrunnerstraße 124, 2020 Oberfellabrunn, Austria, E-Mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
In case of an effective revocation, the on both sides received services are, to be returned and if so derived profits are to be returned. In case you are unable to return the received service to us either in total or partially or only in a deteriorated state, you are required to provide us with a value replacement. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods can be attributed soley to the inspection as it would have been possible in a retail shop. Besides you can avoid the obligation of value replacement originating by proper use of the goods by not putting the goods into use as if it were your property and by refraining from everything which reduces and impairs its value. Goods consignable by parcel shipment may be returned at our risk. You must bear the costs of the return consignment if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered and if the price of the returnable goods does not exceed EUR 40.00 or, if the price is higher, if you have not yet delivered the counterperformance or a contractually agreed instalment by the date of revocation. Otherwise the return consignment is free of charge for you. Goods which are not consignable by parcel shipment will be collected from you. Obligations to the refund of payments have to be met within 30 days. The deadline starts for you with the dispatch of your revocation notice or of the goods, for us it starts with the receipt.

The right of revocation does not apply for distance selling contracts
- for the shipment of goods produced according to customer specifications or
- clearly are tailored to the personal needs.
4a. Return expenses when exercising the right of revocation
If you exercise your legal right of revocation (see revocation instruction), you have to bear the ordinary costs of the return consignment if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered and if the price of the returnable goods does not exceed EUR 40.00 or, if the price is higher, if you have not yet delivered the counterperformance or a contractually agreed instalment by the date of revocation. Otherwise the return consignment is free of charge for you.
5. Prices and shipping costs
5.1 The prices mentioned on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax as well as other price components.
5.2 You will get informations about additional shipping costs during the ordering process.
6.1 The delivery will be made within Austria by the Post AG, outside Austria the delivery will be made further by local postal organisations.
6.2 The ordered goods will be send normally within 3 – 5 days after receipt of payment. The delivery time depends from the delivery adress. We point out potential divergent delivery times on the respective product page. By custom made products the ordered goods will be send normally within 2 – 3 weeks. We inform you via E-Mail about the shipment of your order and the expected delivery time.
7.1 The payment will be made either via advance payment – transfer to our account – or via PayPal, the payment methods are provided to choice from during the ordering process. In case of payment with PayPal there will be an additional fee of 3,4%. Delivery and payment via cash on delivery is also possible, notice that by cash on delivery arise additional costs, at the delivery the post will charge additional fees.
7.2 You only have a right to offset when your counterclaims have been stated legally binding or are undisputed or are recognized by us in writing.
7.3 You can only exercise a right of retention insofar as the claims result from the same contractual relationship.
8. Retention of title
Up to the full payment the goods remain our property.
9. Contract text
The contract text will be stored on our internal systems. You can look at the general terms and conditions at any time on this site. Insofar as you have created a customer account, you can look at your customer data at any time under 'Kundenlogin'. The ordering data will be send to you via E-Mail. After the completion of the order the contract text will not be available via the internet anymore for security reasons.
